This little boy is just so fun right now! He is such "a dude" and is always busy and getting into things. He is for SURE 2. Everything is "mine" and he enjoys challenging you to see how far he can push it, but overall he is so happy and says the funniest things! He is becoming a really good big brother too...finally! He loves Sean most of the time and particularly finds him interesting when he's sound asleep. He has a new thing for all of Sean's toys! Here he is trying to get into his swing!
AND, here he is IN the excersaucer! The best part is he can't get out, so he'll yell "STUCK" until you get him out! Now we know where to put him if we need him to stay in one place!
OUCH! Grady recently got a two wheeled scooter. He was getting rather cocky on his three wheeled one so Daddy decided to step up the challenge! This was the first day out on his new wheels! He face planted into the mailbox post and busted his lip. He cried for about 2 minutes and then was back at it! We didn't think anything of it other than he now had a fat lip, but a few days later I noticed that his lip had swelled up so much it got stuck between his front two teeth.
Rob took him to the dentist to have everything checked out and here he is getting his X-Rays. The dentist said this is pretty common in young kids and that it would either tear out or the swelling would go down and it would come loose. Of course, G's tore out with multiple hits to his lip while playing throughout the next 5 days! His lip is fully healed and he has gotten MUCH better on his scooter! This is one tough little cookie!
A few weeks ago one of my best friends from college came to visit! Amber lives in Ohio and this was the first time we were able to meet her adorable little boy Blake! It was so fun to spend some time with them, although it was MUCH too short. I miss Amber so much and wish she lived closer. Here is our friend Heather with Paisley and Roman, me with Grady and Sean and then Amber on the right with Blake. Amber surprised us by telling us she's pregnant with twins now! I guess it will be YEARS before they make it back out to Cali for a visit! We'll just have to go to Ohio I guess!
Here is G with one of his best little buds, Roman. He and Roman are about 5 months apart in age and have ALWAYS played so well together. Heather and I love to watch the two of them together. On this particular night they climbed onto Grady's bed and started reading books together. They just sat there quietly looking at Mickey Mouse books. It was the sweetest little thing to watch! I can't wait to watch this friendship grow as they get bigger!

I feel like we are living identical lives...2 year olds playing with baby toys, taking baths together, sometimes loving baby and sometimes torchering, and crazy toddlers injuring themselves! So cute with you, Heather and Amber and the babies. I can't believe Amber is prego with twins!!!
