Christmas 2009

Christmas was so fun this year! Grady is still too small to understand every thing, but he has a lot of fun taking out the tissue paper from the bags and tearing off the bows! He looked so handsome in his "church clothes" on Christmas Eve! We enjoyed crab at my parents house with the DeMichiel's and then Christmas day was split between my folks and the entire DeMichiel (including Rob's cousins etc.) at Jill and Brian's. I remember last year saying to Rob, "Just think next year Grady will be able to unwrap his own gifts." This year we found ourselves saying "wow, next year Grady will be talking about Santa and be much more understanding of the entire day." It's amazing how a year can change things!
Grady playing with his new light up ball on Christmas morning! He loves this thing!
Nana and G'Pa bought him a rocking horse. This thing is soo cool, it bounces as well as rocks! I also taught his to kiss it, which is about the cutest thing you've ever seen!
My parents have this reindeer who rocks in her chair to "Grandma Got Run OVer by a Reindeer" and at first Grady was totally freaked out by it! After some time he loved it. He would walk right over to it, push her leg to make it play and start dancing. Here he is mid dance move! If I say so myself...this kid has quiet the dance moves!!!

Kel, he is getting so big! I think the collared shirt really makes him looks grown up. It sounds like you had a fun Christmas! Miss you guys! xoxoxo
